Description
The action of the Compagnia Olearia Italiana is aimed at enhancing the extra virgin olive oil obtained from the olive varieties Ogliarola, Cellina di Nardò, Coratina, Frantoio; Leccino and Picholine cultivars present in our Territory. The oil mill is subject to the control system for organic by the certifying body ICEA, while for the DOP Collina di Brindisi by the certifying body BIOAGRICERT, (recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry).
